Martin is the founder member of
the team and has had many years experience of working and
living in China. Originally commissioned to construct and
manage Chinese manufacturing facilities for an American
Fortune 500 company, Martin's significant experience in
working with Chinese companies provides ChinaPro with the
unique ability to organise and manage the Supply Chain
effectively. This is key to the ongoing success of the service
that ChinaPro offers clients.

Tim Rutherford
Sales
Director
|
Tim has
considerable Sales and Marketing experience working at senior
manager and director level with companies in the Engineering,
Manufacturing, Service and Technology sectors. As a Chartered
Mechanical Engineer, Tim is very familiar with technical
issues surrounding the development and production of
manufactured products. |
Jerry Li
Supply Chain Manager |
Jerry has been working in China
logistics and supply chain management for more than 30 years.
His in depth knowledge of Chinese manufacturing and
distribution ensure that everything is in the right place at
the right time. Jerry has been working with the ChinaPro team
since the very beginning and previously was responsible for
Supply Chain Management within several UK and American owned
facilities in China.

Susan Wang
Sub-Contractor Manager |
Susan ensures that all
subcontractors fully understand customer requirements. She is
responsible for subcontract management and for the technical,
legal, and cost control aspects of these contracts. A
qualified and very experienced accountant, Susan has been with
ChinaPro from the beginning having previously worked for a
large USA owned manufacturing facility.

Robin Zhang
Quality Manager |
Robin's role speaks for itself. He
ensures that all quality aspects of a product or contract are
fully understood, firstly by ChinaPro and then our
sub-contract suppliers. Robin is a fully qualified and
experienced Quality Manager and has worked both in Chinese and
Western manufacturing environments. No product leaves any of
our facilities unless Robin or his team authorise release.

Mike XU
Senior Manufacturing Engineer |
Mike is a Senior Manufacturing
Engineer responsible for Production Management in our
subcontractor facilities and co-coordinating the activities of
all our Production Engineers. Mike came to ChinaPro after
managing a start up and two years of production in a large UK
invested company in Qingdao. Mike has 15 years' of Chinese
manufacturing experience.

Production Engineering

The Production Engineering team
have a combined experience of more than 50 years. They are the
key interface between ChinaPro and our suppliers on a daily
basis. Normally each engineer will be stationed in a
particular sub-contractors facility were he can influence all
aspects of production from materials control through to
manufacturing scheduling.

Administration Team |
Our team of Organisers and
Arrangers ensure that we are all doing the right thing
at the right time. Supporting the entire business from
translation, coordination through to general administration,
they are the key to the smooth running of ChinaPro. They are
also available to arrange and host customer visits and are
more than happy to help with social and cultural issues.
